All portal data (students, teachers, quizzes, quiz results, tasks) is saved automatically in this browser (offline, via local storage) so it survives page reloads and restarts. To move data to another device/browser, or to keep an online copy, download a backup below, then drag that file into Google Drive, OneDrive, email it to yourself, or any cloud storage you use.
.json is the small data-only file — use it with "Import Backup" to restore data into this portal on any device.
.html is a complete, self-contained copy of the whole portal with your current data baked in — open that file directly in any browser (even with no internet) and everything is right there. Larger file, but nothing else is needed to view it.
Permanently removes every file teachers/admins have uploaded across the Learning Portal — Syllabus & Course Outline, Lecture Notes & Materials, Assignments & Homework, E-Tests (all classes & subjects) — and every quiz's attached question file in the Quiz Center. Quiz questions, quiz results, and student/teacher accounts are not affected.
Permanently clears every past quiz result, every used/available attempt, every quiz-reset request, and every student's saved unsubmitted quiz draft — a clean slate so quiz records going forward count as the official record. The quizzes themselves (topics, questions, class assignments) are not affected and stay exactly as they are; students will simply see them as not yet attempted. E-Tests and Assignments & Homework are not affected.
Add new classes/sections (e.g. "Class 13A" or "Class 6C") so they become available when creating student accounts and when teachers assign quizzes. Removing a class here does not delete students already assigned to it — reassign them first from Student Accounts Management below. Renaming a class updates it everywhere — assigned students, quiz assignments, quiz results, and uploaded materials all move to the new name automatically.
